Dry room
Test and develop the most advanced production technologies for today’s batteries and the next generation
Our investment in a 70 m² dry room, completed in 2024, is essential for replicating our customers’ production environment and identifying its limits.
We initially installed this dry room to fine‑tune our equipment in‑house and to carry out Factory Acceptance Tests in conditions comparable to those of our customers.
Since then, we have continued to use the HBP dry room for additional objectives:
Proof‑of‑concept validations carried out in the early stages of the design phase
Capability assessments of new components
Compatibility checks between the critical parts of our machines and customers’ materials
Development projects conducted with partners, such as laser cutting and texturing
Our modular and flexible solutions evolve in line with industry needs and available technologies.
We have also improved our understanding of the dry room’s energy consumption.
This has encouraged us to develop new “energy‑frugal” solutions for prototype production, and we aim to introduce, in the coming years, the lowest‑OPEX equipment tailored to industrial challenges.
After sales Long term service and spare parts support
HBP Assistance is available by phone or remote connection from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. On-site service is also provided when required.
Beyond its maintenance activity, Groupe Huguet supports its customers through the fast availability of spare parts.
